How are your roundtables different?
We have developed a deep expertise in understanding how to naturally foster meaningful conversations and deep connections.
We bring this knowledge to create powerful roundtable agendas and facilitation. We cut through small talk and dive into conversations that make people lean in, be interested, feel seen, and belong.
What types of events does this work best for?
Our approach works across conferences, leadership retreats, summits, and industry roundtables.

Do you work with existing event agendas?
Yes! We seamlessly integrate into your event structure.
Our roundtables work best when at least 1.5 hours are dedicated to them (2.5 hours being optimal).
Is this only for business focused-events?
Not at all.
Any professional or leadership space makes for a great setting. We’re happy to discuss your event and share whether we think our roundtables would be a fit or not.
How long do these roundtables last?
The minimum time recommended for a roundtable is 1.5 hours. The optimal time is 2.5 hours.
If you have a multi-day event, we encourage you to host more than one roundtable with your participants. Each roundtable would have a different agenda. We would also curate each group to ensure that everyone is matched with new people and maximize the number of new, great connections people experience.
